Yes. It's recommended to book at least a day in advance to ensure vehicle availability. But if you need it urgently today, we will do our best to accommodate.
Pay after your items arrive. We accept cash, bank transfers (BCA/BNI/BRI/Mandiri), GoPay, OVO, or Dana.
We handle all cargo with extreme care using experienced crew. For very valuable items, we suggest adding bubble wrap or cardboard box packing which we can provide.
Hazardous chemicals, explosives, flammable liquids, and illegal items. If you are unsure, just ask us first via WA.
Every trip includes 1 driver. If you need extra helpers for loading and unloading, you can request them — the additional fee is Rp 50k per helper.
Currently, we focus on Bali only. However, if you need to ship cargo outside the island, we can help coordinate with our partner logistics to the port.
Our CS is active from 07:00 to 21:00 WITA daily, including weekends and holidays. Cargo pickups can start as early as 06:00 AM.
